Annual strategy sessions to determine technology goals and monthly status reports are included in our Managed Solutions offering. We also provide complete, easy-to-understand documentation including all of the critical information, contact and escalation process, diagrams, and more. Technology assessments, standardization recommendations on PC builds, applications, operating systems, and security recommendations are also provided. We proactively manage and support your environment, both remotely and on-site as needed.

We use simple pricing plan based on the number of computers, servers and network appliances with a baseline cost. This fixed, monthly support rate allows you to plan your IT budget.
